packages are sold on the basis of 12 months hosting with INSTAhost, (monthly
payment options available).
Webhosting is charged at £3.95 per Month and includes:

Powerful Control Panel, 1 FTP account, Website builder, FREE and fast support.

We supply demo sites for all of our "out of the box" solutions. If you win
the auction your site will be identical to the demo, this is inclusive of
wording and language, design, images and logo's and functionability.
If you see any part of the demo that you would like to be
changed/amended/added or removed, please contact us, requesting a quote for the
work to be completed at installation. We will cost the amendments within
12 hours.

Q: Am I bidding on the script?
A:
NO, you are bidding on an installation token
for an INSTA site script, this entitles you to the installation of the script
onto our webservers, your installation is on the basis of 12 months of paid
webhosting, the script remains locked to our servers until 12 months of
webhosting has been purchased, the script is also locked to the domain name it
is installed to. If you wish to purchase the script, please see below
Q: Will you install onto my current webhost?
A: Yes, although we charge an additional install / script fee of £45.00
Q: What do I do after I have won the auction?
A: Simply pay the winning bid amount no later than 72 Hours. You will then
be contacted by email with a URL to complete your registration, once your
details are registered and your hosting package has been paid for, your site
will be up and running within 72 hours.
Q: Can I use my hosting account to host other websites?
A: Yes, your hosting account can be used for your other websites, as long as you
do not exceed the limits.
Q: Do INSTA Site make further profit from sales on my website?
A: No, we do not profit from your website. All the income your site generates,
is paid directly to you from the affiliate or your customers.
Q: Can I make changes to this website and its design?
A: This website is yours. You can change it in any way you want, with the
exception of the "Powered by Insta" in the footer, this can be removed with a
further payment of £15. Included in your domain is a One-click backup function,
we advise that you always backup before making any adjustments.
Q: What kind of support is offered?
A: We offer full HOSTING
support. There is a Database within your customer centre
and a dedicated support website. You have access to HOSTING support 24/7
if you ever have any questions. We do NOT offer scripting support,
although we may offer discretionary advice, support is only available at our
Instasupport web-site. We do not keep backups of your site - as the site owner /
webmaster it is your responsibility to ensure the site is regularly backed up,
there is a "one-click" backup facility within your Hosting Control Panel.
Q: Is this suitable for
non-technical entrepeneurs?
A: These are technical scripts, there are no step-by-step manuals, as such
- although the scripts are relatively easy to amend and adjust and personalise -
it will take effort on your behalf - these are not "get rich quick" schemes.
Q: Do I have to pay for the Hosting in advance
A: Payment can be made for the hosting on a
monthly basis, assuming that you have purchased or transfered the domain name
with/to us - if you are merely "pointing" a domain to our servers you are
required to pay the annual amount - this is to protect our Intellectual
Property.
Q: Can I copy the script and use on more than one domain?
A: The script is only "unlocked" after 12
months of hosting has been paid for - at this point we will unlock the scripting
which will enable you to utilise the script as you see fit.
