We are selling the assets of Prospector marketing as a package, which include:
HP Intel Pentium Laptop Model 700. This machine is in good condition with no damage or problems. It boots and seems to run fine. It comes with a power cord. Specs include DVD, 3 USB Ports, Slots for a screen and keyboard, Lan and phone ports, Wireless card, Intel Pentium 1.6 gh, 1 meg ram.
IP Phone Polycom SoundPoint 330 with cords and cable. Works very well and has very few hours on it.
Website, QuoteOnTires.com including the distribution software. The distribution software takes the lead from the site and distributes it based upon the consumers zip code. The current hosting cost is just under $50 per month at Intermedia. The winning bidder will need to take over this cost, effective dec 31st, 2009. (all hosting costs will be paid through that date). The registration with Godaddy will be moved to your name, and you may have some fees associated with Godaddy as well, however I would expect them to be minor.
Distribution Software Details:
The web based software distributes the leads completed on our site. A back engine interface allows the site owner to set up accounts. Within the account the site owner can assign mulitple zip codes to each account. When a lead comes in within one of the assigned zip codes, the software distributes the lead automatically to the correct lead “buyers”. The system generates a unique application number to each lead, then creates a unique lead number as each application can be distributed multiple times. These unique numbers allow tracking of the leads. Leads are sent via email by the system, however setting up 3rd party accounts correctly would allow distribution to a fax. The software records the distribution of the leads so that user can view where the leads were sent for future billing. This view also allows the user to view some files of the lead, such as phone number or name.The system does not currently support any billing interface.
