We presently have a many various configuration models that are easy to build with our specialized equipment which is included with the sale,
so you may start manufacturing and shipping very quickly.
The G scale Model Railroad hobby is growing worldwide despite recession and inflation.
People buying hobby items tend to be more relaxed and use this hobby as therapy as they continually build and rearrange their model railroad layouts outside and inside their home.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
· Custom drill jigs for all ½” square steel tubing, jigs are on pivot swing steel frames for quick load and drilling by hand drill,
very quick setup for all the parts for 5 types of bridges including arched chord bridge.
· Square tubing radius roll forming machine to form true arch shape on ½” square steel tubing.
· Horizontal band saw with in feed rollers to saw four ½” wide square tubing to proper length, has precision movable dowel pin stops for precise length stop control and has hydraulic adjustable feed control to control cutting down pressure.
· 10"Diameter abrasive disc sander with adjustable miter fence bar.
· Bending radius check gage to verify the correct radius for arched chord bridge tops.
· We own 4 special steel precision stamping dies that are at our vendors steel stamping shop, you may want another vendor to make the steel stampings for rivet plates and it will be up to you to pay to have them shipped to you. These precision steel plate stamping dies cost in excess of $1250.00 each to be remade in the USA, they are about 25% -30% of their life used now. Having them reworked in 4-5 more years will cost about $300.00 each.
Facilities: All fixtures, tooling, for successfully manufacturing, and/or for sourcing with outside contractors. All are in great working condition. All equipment and tooling are less than 4 years old. No real estate, you provide shop to manufacture products under your name if you wish. All manufacturing equipment can fit inside a single car garage.
Competition: A niche` not likely to be exploited for a long time. Up-scale quality, durability, and usefulness.
Inflation, recession seems to have little effect on this niche hobby.
Growth/Expansion: We presently manufacture and ship an estimated several hundred of each modular design steel model railroad bridges per year in the US alone in a variety of private residences, commercial businesses, etc.
Many hundreds sold to American, Canadian. Australian and European markets, I don't have the capacity or resources to expand in larger market with accelerated advertising or trade shows etc. I am a 66 year old owner and wish to balance and free up more time with other products for this fast growing model railroad hobby.
Seller Financing Considered: Yes, with 60% down, buyer pays for attorney fees needed to transfer ownership and equipment legally to buyer and prepare note for balance financed at 8.5% APR, with monthly or quarterly payments for term of 3 years. Write me and I will consider your proposal here.
Support/Training: We will assign title and exclusive manufacturing rights to buyer, We will supply professional technical CAD drawings for manufacturing. We are the owners of the design, professional prints and exclusive custom tooling etc.
We also have professional tooling fixtures and machinery that goes with the sale.
Outside Vendor/Component Supplies: We will provide you with sources for purchasing any and all needed hardware for these bridges such as whom does our steel rivet plate steel stamping with stamping dies we own and will transfer ownership to you as well. If you want these dies shipped to you, you will need to pay shipping as these are heavy steel.
Reason Selling: These great model railroad products are selling fast and owner does not want to expand business as he is 66 years old and needs a break. Seller would rather design and not manufacture future model railroad bridges which are in great demand and have been since we started building and selling these worldwide over 4 years ago.
Seller has many other custom model railroad bridges on the drawing board and presently has no time or resources to bring them to market, but seller will gladly release future designs with tooling prints etc. to the buyer here to expand the present bridge product line. We can work out details for future bridge model design costs at a later time if interested. Owner will never compete with producing any more of these bridges we are selling.
Included are all the professional CAD designs in DWG or DXF format or in PDF format, these are shop ready and to ANSI standards where any fabrication shop can understand, nice inventory to get you going, special tooling, customer lists etc.

I am looking to get into other fields and rather than shut down this profitable fast growing company,
I would rather sell the modular steel bridge division and move on into the future with related model railroad products which we already have and market and want to expand line more.
