These are both good names for a website that's related to New York travel, sightseeing, tourism, etc.
Each name is registered at GoDaddy until February 2, 2011. The value of the registration itself is around $10.
I will push the names to your GoDaddy account without charge, however GoDaddy will require you to extend the names for an additional year when you accept them (this should only cost around $10 each).
If you just want one name and not the other, then you don't have to accept both names. I know some people don't like .INFO names but I think in this case it's a great use of the TLD.
GoDaddy is not required for this transfer, although it will be easiest. But if you have a diferent preferred registrar, that's OK.
