up with another niche. In the future, I have a feeling we'll make

niche. As luck would have it, they happened to own quite a few domains
they weren't using. So I asked Peter to send me the list of websites.
Amy and I then researched the possibilities and came up with the perfect
niche: Work At Home Moms. It turned out to be brilliant, and they were
very happy with it. Peter just called my answering machine and left me

Sean is a lawyer who crafted about 30 legal forms (converted into PDF)
for public usage. He wanted to give the forms away for free, but wanted
to try to make some money by having high paying AdSense keywords surround
each document. Not only did I accomplish that, but I even gave him about

What a great site we did for Danny
in the UK. The interesting thing about this site was the fact that he
really wanted a site based on Fly Fishing. Well, when I was researching
the keywords, I noticed a HUGE difference (About $10) in price

"Fly Fishing Rods". Even though most of the content was aimed
at "Fly Fishing",
I optimized the page so primarily "Fly Fishing Rods" ads would
