If you purchase services from us, you are bound by these terms and conditions.

Length Of Contract:
Your contract runs for either 12 months, 6 months or 1 calendar month from the
date you first ordered, depending on which plan you choose and is renewed for
another year, another 6 months or another month when you make your next payment.
However, there is NO minimum contract. You are free to cancel your account and
move to another web host at any time, but no refunds will be given if, for
example, you cancel your account before your term expires.

Billing:
Your hosting package must be prepaid via PayPal. We will send out invoices to
remind you of when payments are due. Your PayPal account will not be billed
automatically on the annual, monthly or 6-monthly (bi-annual) anniversary of the
date the account was ordered.
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient credit in your
PayPal account to cover this these payments and that payments are made on time.
For annual or 6-MONTHLY (bi-annual) payments, we recommend that you make a note

Transfers
Our transfers team will make every effort to help you move your site to us.
However, transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and we can not make
guarantees regarding the availability, possibility, or time required to complete
an account transfer. Each hosting company is configured differently, and some
hosting platforms save data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which may

The Content of your Emails: (Anti-Spam Policy)
Spam is "Unsolicited junk e-mail sent to large numbers of people to promote

then our mail servers would be blacklisted and none of our customers would be
able to send and receive mail reliably.

for the domain on a yearly basis. If at any point you require to have full
ownership of the domain name we will transfer the domain to your ownership. At
this point you will be required to pay all fees for the renewal and ownership of
the domain name. A Godaddy.com account will be required and it is free to sign
up for one. A fee will be required if you decide to transfer the domain within
the first year of hosting with Fatwebhosting.co.uk

Any abuse of our staff in any medium or format will result in the
suspension or termination of your services.
