This is an Excellent domain that I initially used as an information and resource portal with a shopping cart for affiliate products. It did excellent in the real estate and lands market, and made me a lot of money with affiliate and adsense income. I used the keyword rich portal to bring helpful information to the marketplace, and had a great conversion rate among visitors. I took down the site a while back - and thought I might rebuild it at a later time. After a couple years of sitting dormant, I now realize it's not going to happen.
