7. All of my equipment and furniture from my store: Computer system, Digital Camera, Store counter, Large Desk, Leather Chairs, Shelves, 2 Scales, Packing equipment, and more. (Worth $2,000)

8. All of the packing supplies I have and the method on how to get it either FREE or cheap for future use.

9. All of the signage, posters, flyers, business cards, modified with your phone #. (Optional - extra $500)

10. Custom made proprietary commission calculation spreadsheet, which can also be used as a receipt.

12. Customized and Formulated Spreadsheets to keep track of all eBay sales, commissions, profits, eBay & paypal fees, etc.

13. Tax returns showing $100,000 in sales in 2010, which brings me roughly $30,000 to $40,000 in profit.

14. Spreadsheets showing profits since 2006 along with thousands of pictures, to show you everything this company has sold in the past 5 years.

Keep in mind, this is without running the store full time. If you put more time and effort into the business, you can double this income. There are people that I know of, that are making $250,000 profit and more per year selling on eBay. Stuff Sold is a well known name here in Philadelphia. We have been open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm for the past 6 years.

All you need is a retail location of your own to move the business to and you are set. And we will help with the transition by putting up signs saying that our business has moved to a new address. Keep in mind, i'm not selling the physical location of my business, just the business itself.

If you open Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm and if you open on Saturdays and Sundays. I can't even imagine how much money you would make. In addition, if you go to flea markets and buy things to sell on eBay for yourself, you will add even more income. This also means if you drive to customers houses to pick up items, same goes for that.
