I registered these domains in March of 2007, so they have good age. They have never been used for spamming or bulk email. They are good clean domains.
There is an interesting story behind these domains. This was one of the original working titles for the reality show which became "The Next Internet Millionaire". The concept of the show was a "dream joint venture" with an internet marketing guru, which is why I registered all four variations of the domain. But ultimately we decided Next Internet Millionaire had broader appeal. So I never used these domains.
Later on, I was planning on selling an information product on them. But alas, I never got around to it.
I am including a Private Label Master Resale Rights product that could be sold on the site. It's an ebook about how to create successful joint ventures, and it includes a sales letter which is currently hosted on the existing website (just add your own payment link and you're in business). I even customized the header graphic to match the name of the site. It also includes the Microsoft Word source document so you can edit it and customize it as you wish.
Or of course you could do anything else with the site. These are valuable domains, and lots of potential for grabbing search engine rankings as well.

I never had time to develop it an monetize it the way I wanted to. I have a very profitable online business, with over 200 websites.
