There are some reseller programs on the site that the new owner is welcome to keep and use. The license and resale rights will automatically transfer to the new owner. The webhosting costs $12 per year and is currently paid up until January 31st. As an added bonus, I will give you the right to reuse my template design on this site and to create and use derivative works as long as the derivative remains on this domain name only.
